The Radio Host role will have responsibilities that include:

• Curating and presenting engaging content, including music, interviews, and discussions, tailored to our audience's interests.
• Interacting with listeners through live calls, social media, and on-air shout-outs, creating a welcoming and interactive atmosphere.
• Collaborating with the production team to plan and execute shows, including selecting music and organizing segments.
• Staying informed about current trends, news, and events to incorporate into programming and enhance listener engagement.
• Utilizing third-party software provided by NexisFM to ensure high-quality broadcasting, including managing audio levels and sound effects.

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a warm and engaging on-air presence.
• Must have a working microphone and a reliable internet connection to facilitate high-quality broadcasting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet programming needs.
• Familiarity with audio editing software and online broadcasting tools; experience in radio hosting is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
